We advise that you read the following terms and conditions carefully. These conditions for the sale of goods will govern any contract of sale that we enter into with you.

1. Statutory rights - These terms and conditions as set out do not affect your statutory rights.

2. Orders - Each order for goods made by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods under these terms and conditions.

3. Colour - although every attempt is made to provide you with an accurate colour match of the artwork, prints, frames, and mounts on the screen, you should expect slight colour variations. This is due to the computer showing in only 3 colours red,

green and blue and each computer monitor having different colour settings.

4. Size - the sizes detailed in this site are given for both the image size and the overall size where appropriate. The sizes are given in metric (cm) and imperial (inches) and are approximations and are to be used only as a guide.

5. Delivery - All orders are dispatched via courier (or Recorded delivery for prints) and require to be signed for on receipt.

6. Failed Delivery - If no one is available to sign for delivery the items will NOT be left. The carrier will leave a contact card and will attempt to deliver again the following day. On the third failed attempt the order is automatically returned to us at the normal shipping rate plus a £15 (plus vat) administration Fee which is to be reimbursed to us before re dispatch or refund of your order.

7. Cancellation of Orders - Orders may be cancelled in writing (an email or fax will suffice) within 48 hours of placing the order or before manufacture whichever is the later.

8. Damaged Packaging - All goods are securely packaged and if delivered damaged please DO NOT accept the parcel.

9. Returns and Refunds - If not 100% satisfied with your order you may return it at your own expense within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund less delivery charges. The refund will be issued on receipt of the goods to ourselves (please ensure they are securely packaged as we will not accept damaged parcels). If the total cost of your order is greater than £50 before delivery charges we will if you wish arrange for our courier to collect the item and the relevant charge will be deducted from your refund. Please include a note with your returns stating the reason for return and specify whether you require replacements, credit or refund.

We will only use your information to process your order and to keep you up to date on any news. Should you not wish to receive further information about any new works please send us an email stating opt out in the subject box.

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any other companies.
